Welcome from the Pastor

Welcome to Park United Methodist Church. We’re located in the heart of Hamilton, New York, less than a mile from Colgate University.  We are a congregation who gathers to celebrate God’s love by becoming learners, believers, and followers of Christ, reaching out in service to share God’s love with all.

Whether you’ve lived in Hamilton your whole life, are a new student at Colgate, or anything in between, we welcome you to join us in worship and hope to see you soon.

Pastor

Fall Worship Series

Exodus: Life in Transition

No matter where we are in life, each of us is in the midst of one transition or another.  Transitions between jobs, relationships, living arrangements,  seasons of life, educational milestones, even places in our faith.  Exodus is a book about transitions.  That means it’s full of experiences we all know well: hope, doubt, joy, despair, longing, expectation, uncertainty, and promise.

This fall, we will journey with Moses and the Hebrews from their imprisonment in Egypt, through the desert, and to the promise of a future life held safe in God.

In the weeks ahead, we’ll hear stories that are familiar and not so familiar as we seek to experience the fullness of this ancient people’s journey with our God.
